Refund and delivery policy

Digital delivery

Debate Bureau products are delivered digitally; no physical goods are shipped. Purchasing opens soon. Delivery timing for a specific brief or included future release is shown in its product description or confirmed with the order. Customers receive the latest available version; corrections and updates to purchased products are included at no extra charge. Customers retain access to files already delivered after a season ends.

Refunds and cancellations

Because Debate Bureau products are delivered digitally, purchases are generally final once access has been provided. Debate Bureau refunds or corrects duplicate charges, purchases that cannot be accessed because of a technical error, and orders it cannot fulfill. A season subscription may be cancelled for a full refund before any included commercial file has been delivered or accessed. Custom Research is refunded if Debate Bureau declines or cannot accept the request; once accepted work begins, a refund is not available merely because the literature does not support the customer’s preferred conclusion.

Custom research delivery

The 24-hour clock begins only after Debate Bureau accepts the scope and payment is complete. If a request cannot be responsibly fulfilled, we offer a rescope or refund before work proceeds. One substantive revision is included if Debate Bureau misunderstood the accepted request; a changed research question is a new request. Corrections to our errors are free.

Requesting help

For an access problem, duplicate charge, cancellation, or unfulfilled order, contact support with your order reference and a description of the issue. Do not include payment-card details. Digital products do not require a physical return.
