Using this site
Debate Bureau publishes digital competitive-debate research. Purchasing opens soon. All listed prices are in USD. Use this site lawfully and respect the intellectual property of Debate Bureau and cited authors.
Individual license
An individual license is for one purchaser’s personal competitive-debate use. You may cut, modify, annotate, and incorporate material into your own cases and exchange individual evidence excerpts as required in competition. You may not share the full commercial file with teammates, friends, public servers, or other schools.
School and team license
A school/team license covers one debate program at one school or campus, including its coaches and currently participating students. Internal distribution through a restricted team Drive or LMS is permitted. Public posting, resale, inter-school sharing, and district-wide redistribution are prohibited. District or multi-campus use requires a custom quote. School season subscriptions include a one-campus team license at the listed subscription price.
Subscriptions and updates
Season subscriptions require one payment with no automatic renewal. Customers retain access to files already delivered after the season ends. Corrections and updates to purchased products are included at no extra charge.
Custom research
The 24-hour clock begins after Debate Bureau accepts the scope and payment is complete. Research does not guarantee support for a preferred conclusion or a competitive outcome. One substantive revision is included if Debate Bureau misunderstood the accepted request. Changed research questions are new requests; corrections to Debate Bureau errors are free.
Refunds and questions
The Refund & Delivery policy explains cancellations, refunds, and digital delivery. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
