Debate Bureau supplies the quote, license scope, and W-9 for vendor setup.
Submit a valid purchase order
After an accepted public-school PO, access can be activated and the district invoiced on Net 30 terms without waiting for the check to arrive.

Yes. Debate Bureau accepts valid purchase orders through the approved school purchasing process. Payment terms are Net 30.
When does access begin for a public-school PO?
For an accepted public-school purchase order, access does not need to wait until the check arrives.
What does a school/team license permit?
It covers one debate program at one school or campus, including coaches and currently participating students. Material may be shared internally through a private team Drive or LMS. Public posting, resale, inter-school sharing, and district-wide redistribution are prohibited.
How long is a quote valid?
Quotes are valid for 30 days. District and multi-campus licensing is custom quoted.
How do we obtain the W-9 or vendor help?
Email schools@debatebureau.com. The same address handles quotes, purchase orders, and vendor forms.
